Happen Chance! I told the ladies let's go have a piece of pie when I saw this place. The staff was friendly and efficient. Di the owner was a blast and made us feel welcome. The pies and quiche were the best I've ever had. Definitely will be back for pies and cakes for the holidays. Love love love this little taste of heaven. Di we 3 ladies appreciate your hospitality.

Delicious food! As a gluten free person, the ability to eat any of the offerings without worry was such a treat. The food tastes incredible and there are so many goodies to choose from. Highly recommend the chocolate cake and breakfast biscuit sandwiches.
Truly amazing 100% GF bakery. Di does an amazing job with gluten free (always), dairy free (often, just ask) traditional southern treats. Think pecan pie, pound cake, donuts and swim biscuits that would fool the pickiest of gluten eaters.
Pies By Di may be a gluten free bakery, but as a person who does NOT have an issue with gluten, let me tell you this. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS! The pies are to die for. You taste the fruit and fillings without going into a sugar coma. The Boston cream donut is OMG fantastic and again, just sweet enough without going into a sugar rush. The muffins 🧑. Pies By Di is best bakery hands done and you don’t have to be gluten intolerant enjoy her baked goods.
