A lot of problems with the we had them build home , never came back to repair

Jeffery, I am unable to reply to you via Private message for some reason. I am sorry that you had problems with the home you built with us in 2007. I have researched this though and see no record of your home needing any repairs. Could you please let me know what repairs are needed or what we failed to repair? Thank you, Eric Pierson, CFO.
We went through Pierson-Gibbs when we built our house. A couple of selling points were it was a one stop shop for all of our building supplies and the home warranty. As s few years went by we had a couple of windows start to haze up. I contacted Pierson Gibbs and told them of our issue. We were then told that the window manufacturer had gone out of business and Pierson Gibbs was not going to stand behind the windows. Todd, I am sorry that you feel the way you do, but there is nothing you have stated above that is a violation of our warranty. With regard to the windows, we only warrant the installation of the windows, not the product itself. This is clearly spelled out in the warranty. Furthermore, we have always offered more than one window choice even when you built 14 years ago. We just finished building our home with Pierson-Gibbs. I am blown away at how amazing this process was. Everyone involved, from the first contact with the company to my last call with my customer service rep, made us feel so comfortable. They call themselves the Pierson-Gibbs family, and I haven't encountered a business where that phrase fits better than this one.
