Piersons completed oil change and full service for a very reasonable price and in a timely fashion.. Greatly appreciate this dealership!!
Great service & friendly staff
This Ford dealer is the biggest ripoff for any services done here at this location. Do nit give them any okay in doing work on your vehicle. Who ever heard of charging fluid check $51 when it already comes with your oil change services. Then they charge you $79 Dollars for checking the trans fluid. Wow! That's straight rip-off. By far the worst Ford dealer ever. Went there for an oil change and ended up with a bill over $400 in charges. I went to Pierson Ford for a couple of problems. 1. My AC not cooling properly. The technicians figured out the problem and added dye to make sure if there was a leak they could find it. 2. I had a tire problem which was taken care of in a timely manner I truly appreciate the friendliness of Shawn, Brad and Heidi.
Pierson Ford has some great people who really care about the customer and try to go above and beyond to help.
