Easy to work with, pleasant, honest sales team. No issues at all
Took my truck in for an oil change and ended up having to pay for a new oil pan. Was told the oil plug wouldnt go back in correctly, threads on the oil plug/ pan were stripped. Threads on an oil plug/ oil pan don't strip themselves. Not happy having to pay for their mistake.
I have been with Piersons for over 10 years or more. Just recently purchased my next new adventure from them again! Top notch service in every department in the building. I have no reason to go anywhere else!
