Very upset with Henry didn’t do a good job at all. I had to call another plumber and pay two times for the same issue.
I would have appreciated better responsiveness, attention to detail, and follow-through. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting multiple quotes and asking detailed questions before hiring.
Pierside was exceptional. They installed a water valve and a water heater. How does that earn exceptional you ask ? They inspected the water line and then traced it back to the water heater and asked me to try to turn the water off. The valve was FROZEN. Then i asked if the crackling sound tye heater was making was NORMAL?? He said NO !! So it wasn't an upsell it was helping me as his customer avoid an unscheduled water heater failure requiring emergency visit. Thank you Pierside .
