I was in Pierres Bakery the other day and bought a half pound of cookies. My friend bought a pound. They were the worst cookies either of us ever had. They were hard and dry and went in the garbage. The woman who waited on us was lacking personality and unpleasant to deal with. My friend had called up to tell them how bad the cookies were and the woman on the phone yelled "impossible " and hung up on my friend. Got my Mom’s birthday cake from Pierre’s and it was amazing! I had a custom design that I wanted and they made it happen! Will definitely order from Pierre’s again!
