Horrible place to go. Go anywhere but here. First time I went they gave me a quote but called every day for a week to raise the price. All I needed was a new bumper put on and inner fend bc I hit a rock in the road. No extensive damage. Horrible commutation. Went back again giving them the benefit of doubt. Four days to complete the work. It’s been six business days and I still don’t have my car. This is a horrible place to spend your money. Go anywhere but here
I had a great experience at Pierre’s. Jordan was very communicative and they were right on track with their timeline to get my car back. Great quality service and my repairs look good. When I went to pick up my car Scott provided such great customer service, helping me switch the car seat over and making sure it was in right. He was so patient and kind and I’ve never received that type of customer service at an auto shop before. Thank you Scott!
I just left there and i want to take the time to say the staff at Pierres body shop is so professional and kind and really took their time to explain thing to me and answer all my questions. I felt valued there and I believe its a quality shop with quality workers.
