VERY personable kind and understood my anxiety!!! Made me glad my insurance contacted Pierre’s instead of me calling around Sioux Falls for a repair shop!!! I HOPE never to have to use them again….but I know IF I need them they will do an excellent job!!!
When you’re relatively new in town, and you don’t have a recommendation, it can be tough to find a place you can trust. After some research, I chose Pierre’s. Couldn’t be happier with my decision. I walked in, and Jordan helped me right away. He took a look at the damage, and immediately had a game plan. I made it a little harder for him, telling him I had a bit of a deadline for personal reasons, and he said he would do everything he could to make it happen, if possible. This place feels like a business from a different time. Everything is so personal and they take care of all your needs, down to a ride home after dropping your car off. I would choose this shop over any other. Great work, guys
