Pierre the owner was very cold and unfriendly. Considering I have previously bought earrings from him, and I was bringing a friend to shop for some new jewellery… he was diffident and even hostile when we said hello. He did not even ask whether we needed any help. Sure, there was a relatively well-known Sydney celebrity in the shop… However that to my mind does not excuse him displaying absolutely no care or attention to other customers. I will never buy from this man again.
