At one point I was calling the doctors office to get my prescription filled but to me they kept ignoring my request to get my medication. I feel like they don’t care enough about the patients . I don’t think that is fair to patients that really need their medications.
Receptionist with a attitude and no answers
Took months for me to get an appointment with my pcp. When I finally did they wait until I walk in to tell me that she isn’t in today and someone will be covering for her. Instead of me getting a referral they schedule me for an unnecessary xray and blood work. I told them ok and just walked out and canceled any future appointments they made. Save your energy do not come here
Dr. Kodroff is a very knowledgeable doctor ! so grateful to have found him. beyond 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
