If I could give NO stars. I would. If you rent from Perry Realty all they're interested in is $$$$$$. They have a horrible ROACH and RODENT infestation, along with leaky ceiling, and horrible wiring. And yet and still, NEVER tried to do anything about it. But, will try to charge you for the damages the rodents caused when you move. Yes, they are aware of the problems. But, doesn't care. Just pass by late in the evening. And you can see rats running around the property. The RAT are big.
Would most definitely recommend to any one looking to buy a house. I was working with Ron Preston, he help and guided me and wife through the whole process, he was very helpful. He even help me through paper work I was supposed to turn in on my own, he took the time to meet up with me and guide me through it. Even through I was purchasing a remanufactured home, which he had never sold before, he was still able to pull it off. Very happy with our home Thanks Ron!!! +A
