Louis Pierre sucks as a doctor he doesn't care if you get your meds or not I guess just another quack because you miss an appointment with him and have no way of getting up there he won't call your meds into the pharmacy then you have to call for another appointment by then you ran out of meds I guess that's New Horizons way of getting you Baker acted into their facility.
