The owner Jill has the worst attitude problem. Does not understand that text messages are used for people's records. She had us put ALL utilities in OUR name before a lease agreement would be made, while unusal to us we complied. We asked that we have a written "agreement" for the property until a lease was produced. Then she accused us of making demands through text message, which we have saved btw, SHE wanted $1,000 deposit before signing ANYTHING or Keys could even be exchanged.
