What a great experience! From the moment I stepped out of the car, the customer service was outstanding 10/10. The bell staff, doormen, elevator attendants. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The location, right near 5th Avenue, Madison, and Central Park, great location!!! Exactly what I was looking for when I arrived in New York. I’ll definitely be back and recommended. The Jazz room was very charming and beautiful time. Their car service was also very convenient.

We recently hosted an event at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The event space is absolutely stunning, especially the ballroom, which set the perfect tone for the evening. The food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the beautiful setting and amazing service, we were able to raise significant funds for City of Hope.
