Great products We purchased a sleeper love seat and ottoman from Pieroways 14 years ago. It still looks as good as it did when we got it, minus needing to be cleaned. It has withstood several dogs and cats, countless family parties, and an occasional sleep over guest. We also bought our dining room set 19 years ago and it is still in very good shape. I'm very impressed with Pieroways.
The Home of The Steel Span Suspension bed. Pieroways is the only place that carries the iron girder, steel frame, truss bed for "US HEAVIER FOLKS", just like on the T.V. Ad. My wife and I, being over 1000 lbs combined, had many bad experiences with bed collapses. Once we even collapsed the bed in the showroom of a brand name bedding store, when we were trying it out, to get a replacement, because the one they sold us fell apart in 25 minutes, when we were cuddling. Gets the Job Done Pieroways has middle of the road products priced to be affordable to many. We have purchased a couple of leather recliners here and the quality for price could not be beat. The service was excellent and the delivery right on time. The durability of the product has been very good.

Great experience! Just like the commercial says..."if you don't find what you like, that's ok too." I have never enjoyed a furniture shopping trip more than this one. I appreciated their selection, their prices were competetive, and I REALLY appreciated being able to shop without a staff member hovering over me. The owner was kind and helpful as were all of his staff. I will DEFINITELY make this my first stop from now on!
worst experience ever! my experience with Pieroways was HORRIBLE!! We had place an order the first week in Jan and they told us 2-3 weeks! Well we still havent gotten our order in and in a few days we will be in March! I had been calling every week and they kept giving me the same excuse "oh it will be in anyday now!". Well finally I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally someone looked into it and they told me they had lost my order! Do youself a favor,don't buy from these people,they act like there doing you a favor buying something from them,they nothing in stock,and it takes to long to get,and the owner is very rude,I asked him why my table was taking so long,it supose to take 3 to 5 days, then they said 7 to 8 days,the'll tell you anything to get your money.
great staff Yup, the man you see in the commercials is in fact the one you'll likely meet in the West Springfield store. Very friendly staff and always willing to spend time helping you find what you are looking for. Very good prices too.
