On November 21, 2023 nI was charged $2000.00 deposit for my wifes procedure. Prior to the surgery my wife cancelled and was told that the $2000.00 deposit would be refunded. A week went by an no refund. At that point I placed a dispute with the credit card company. On December 12, 2023 I received a call from thier accounting office advising me that the only way they can issue the refund is if I remove the dispute.
