Pieri Tile & Marble measured my job but I did not receive an estimate before the work was done. BIG MISTAKE! I was in total shock when I received the final bill. I asked if a mistake had been made and was told, No, that is what was normally charged and that the job was actually much harder than I thought and should have cost MORE! Insist on an estimate before any work begins! I paid dearly for not getting that estimate. Work was OK, but the cost was way out of line. You can do much better getting other bids. I went to this company because I like to shop locally. I went to their office, discussed what I wanted and asked for a quote (even a close estimate) After not hearing from them for a week, I called and was told someone would get back to me in a couple of days. I never heard from them. I went somewhere else.
