Over the past few weeks my husband and I have had nothing but INCREDIBLE service and experiences. today a lovely young woman with fun colored hair from Michigan helped my husband with his conch! I had to make sure I took the time to say that Piercology continues to do amazing work!
Piercology is a very bad neighbor. They have regularly disturbed the peace with their extremely loud alarm system which continually goes off at night. I have a sick toddler and the alarm has woken him up again. This has happened at night at least 5 times and happened about three other times just this week. It is completely unacceptable and I will be filing a formal complaint the next time it happens. Be better neighbors. And seriously. You need a new alarm system.
the staff is great and made me feel welcome and special. they listened to my silly stories about my old piercings with great patience. when it was discovered that my helix only needed to be opened up rather than re-pierced they refunded the piercing cost. my opal stud is perfect and i will go nowhere else any other piercings . They made me very happy. highly recommended.
Everyone that works here is super nice and informative. Dylan is great, easy to talk to, and super thorough when explaining the process of your piercing which really helped me since I was a big ball of nervousness. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get a piercing in Columbus.
A gentleman named Danny done my piercings. I will highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to have piercings done. A young lady with short blond hair helped me at the register and I am so disappointed in myself that I didn’t catch her name. She was very knowledgeable, informative and incredibly patient with me.
Very professional. Very clean. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I decided to get a daith piercing to help with migraines and chose to have it done at Piercology. They were great! Although I was a bit nervous going in, John was great and talked me through the entire process. It's still early to tell if the piercing will help with the headaches, but I would recommend them for the experience.
Always have had excellent experience, very knowledgeable employees.
