I’ve been going for months and love their easy scheduling, communication, and you can tell how much Lexi/Sedona love what they’re doing. I’ve gotten custom jewelry made for an ear lobe piercing and chains attached as well
This place is awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love that they are appointment only, I didn't feel rushed or anything I felt like an individual priority. Sedona was amazing! She took her time and made sure I was happy and comfortable with where the piercing was going, again I didn't feel rushed or pressured to get done in a hurry. Only 10 minutes late but still charged the full $50 cancelation fee apposed to the $20 late fee. I was also sent a message saying something was changed on my appointment but it never specified what was changed. I think both parties were in the wrong and maybe the $20 late fee would have been better business practices. It's okay, we found another wonderful shop that took great care of us.
