Kelsi was SO sweet, I was honestly quite anxious for this piercing and I let Kelsi know this! She walked me through all the steps and I felt comforted and safe the whole time. My septum healed with no keloids or any type of complication! If you're near Guelph - definitely come here for your piercings.

I went in for an urgent jewellery change, and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. J was patient, easygoing, kind, and knowledgeable. He took his time going through the different options and giving his recommendations. The place itself is cute, clean, and cozy, felt welcoming and safe. I had a lovely experience!! Would highly recommend, and would definitely go back!
