A very friendly, cute staff member of the Lebanon Valley Mall got called "F" word (homophobic slur for gay men) more than twice by the Manager of the Piercing Pagoda and her boyfriend, that isn't suppose to be in there. It bothers me that the Mall gave her a "chance" not to do that again. (Aka slap in the wrist.).
