Store #224 in Forestville, MD Poor service...failed to provide information (i.e. instructions, warranty, etc.) and proper pierce my ear. Had to get my ear pierced twice and my earring came out the second time. I called customer service and opened a case. Was told a manager would call me back. Haven't received a call and the case was closed. Called multiple times. Requested my money back... waiting to see what is going to happen now.
