I visited this location on 12/20/22 mid-afternoon the young lady that assisted me today was not helpful at all I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance she scrolled on her phone and talked with guy who seemed to be her friend instead of a paying customer. She acted as she didn’t have a acquiring customer who needed assistance when asked where something was located she just pointed to the area never got up to assist and barely answered my questions about items. The sales rep there are fantastic, they are very knowledgeable and were most definitely more than helpful especially Janeè, she was very pleasant to speak with an able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely 5 stars !

If I could give it 0 stars if I could. The customer service is a disgrace. The sales clerks there are not welcoming at all. They do not greet their customers nicely at all or apologize when they have inconvenienced you. I showed a sales rep the backing that I needed for a pair of screw back earrings. She gave me backings that she said would work. I got out to my car and decided to try the backings which DID NOT work. So I go back into the mall to get a return.
