very bad service ... they had a sign that said "buy 1 and the second 75% discount" When I complained because they didn't charge the right thing, the girl removed the sign on my face and told me that she wouldn't give me that discount because that promotion was no longer available. My question, do you only have the sign to attract customers and trick them?
Very friendly. I got my cartilage piercing done here. The time they tell you it takes for a cartilage piercing to heal is incorrect. I took it out about 6 months to 8 months after and it closed right up, so I had to have it done again.
This is the absolute worst place to shop. The store manager and the assistant manager are rude, unprofessional, and extremely lacking in store knowledge and procedures. The gentleman who also works there is an asset but the other ladies need to be replaced.
