They close at 7pm got there at 6:35pm drove 30 mins to get my daughters ears pierced. We get there and asked him what time they closed to be sure. The man says 7 but I’m leaving now I already sanitized and packing things away. I asked if there was another staff member because we drove 30 mins out. He rudely goes NO, but if you need them done now it’s going to be awhile before I’m ready then I’ll be home late to see my cat! Really?! Close a 1/2 hour early when you have paying customers to go see your cat?
I asked the lady a simple question about my daughter and about a nose piercing she rudely gave me her opinion on what she thought but never really answered my question. She was rude and unprofessional I will not return to this place. I used to go all the time for my jewelry but never again.

My husband and I went there to buy each other necklaces for Valentine's day. The manager was too busy flirting with my husband than paying attention to what I wanted to look at. Then she tried shoving the ugliest piece of jewelry at me. Needless to say we left and went down the hall and made our purchases. I've done business there ever since we got here but we will not be returning.
