We were very disappointed with the lack of consideration and professionalism at The Piercing Experience. Christina and her colleague were condescending and difficult to reason with upon our arrival and “the experience” went downhill from there. This is not a trustworthy establishment.
My ear piercings had closed over due to years of not wearing earrings. I had the holes re-opened a few years ago and the experience was amazing. Literally no pain, and very professional. I was impressed.
Love this place and the piercer and receptionist are very knowledgable about the products and services provided. Piercings didn't hurt, it was worth every penny.
I will never go anywhere else for piercings. I am very particular when it comes to body jewelry since most metals will cause adverse reactions with my skin. I went to them my first time to get a VCH. If you have any questions about their professionalism than use me as an example. THEY TURNED ME AWAY. I had taken Ibuprofen before hand in and in an act of safety they rescheduled my appointment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...I went in for a VCH (hood piercing) something that should have only taken 15 mins at max. I got there at 1pm and did not leave till a little after 5pm. With several attempts in three places, according to the person that pierce me the complications was of no fault of me nor him it finally got it complete with a ring other then I pick out. Definitely Worth the Money – This review is way overdue (like 8 months overdue), so here it goes. I got my lip pierced in the town my college is in (very far away from Atlanta). Unfortunately it just wouldn't heal. I went back to the piercer and he replaced the flat back with a ring. It still didn't heal, so I had to take it out and let it close up. Can't sing their praises enough!!! I have been going to the Piercing Experience for my pierceings for almost 11 years. My brother introduced me to Brian and the Piercing Experience at 16 years old.
