I went in yesterday to get a piercing done . I called him before I arrived to check availability and he got me in immediately . ( I was on lunch break and he got everything done in a very timely manner ) He took his time explaining everything to me including the aftercare instructions. I even had a last minute change of mind and decided on a different piercing and Lani was very patient and understanding with me . The process was very quick . Also , he is VERY clean .
