Quite a intimidating man, and im not really saying that as a negative; he is really more of personality of im just here to get it done, strict; not much friendly, very much cut direct. He would give me orders like "move your head" and if i didn't do it right he would kind of get frustrated and then would grab my head to where he wanted. Got my septum for my 16th and my lobes previously. Awesome piercer, would 110% recommend. Very professional, and I am extremely appreciative of the transparency regarding what he was doing. The process was smooth (even if I bled a bit, lol) and only took a few minutes. If I end up wanting more piercings in the future, then is definitely where I'll go. Thank you!

Super nice. Couldn't get me in due to them running out of bars for my lip piercing but they will this next Tuesday. I already got my piercing done but its not often you can get this polite of customer service. I truly hope to stop by to buy jewelry & other stuff in the near future. Definitely got the spooky theme in the shop & I'm OBSESSED with the aesthetics.

My 10yo got her ears pierced (and I got my second set of ear piercings) with Coco, and it was a GREAT experience. He was clear and transparent with the entire process, and kept checking to make sure we were comfortable. The process was hygienic and virtually painless. His staff was friendly and welcoming, and it all made for a positive experience. Definitely going back for my next piercing!
