I have Chronic migraine and cervical dystonia. My symptoms have reduced tremendously upon going to Piercey Neurology.
Well, I was diagnosed with pseudo seizures. For two years I wanted to take my life because I thought I was crazy. Turns out I have major and dangerous epilepsy, and I have since had two major brain surgeries, including a craniotomy and removal of my right frontal hippocampus and part of my amygdala, I could’ve died because of this practice. Michelle at the billing office is the rudest person and does not want to help patients. Zero stars, but that isn’t an option.
I found the staff to be incredibly rude and they lost my paperwork on multiple occasions. Not happy with the level of service from the front desk staff and on the phones. Do not go here!
