This was the most bizarre and disrespectful customer experience I've ever witnessed. We unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late for a 90 minute appointment (for my wife and elderly mother-in-law) (it was also icy that day so we were walking carefully from parking around the block), and were instantly met with a patronizing tone and passive aggressive hostility from the owner, Gina. I went with my Earrings for my second piercing and then they told me you have to buy earrings so we did we spent $280 dollars on the earrings and then they told me I had to come back to give me the backing and so I did . Then i had to pay $50 For the backing . We called after and asked why we had to pay another $50 they started getting mad and saying That we were yelling over the phone when we were asking politely. And then we were saying sorry for nothing and they hung up the phone on us .
We bought a pair of earrings for 280 dollars and usually when u buy earrings they come a complete set , but when my daughter got pearced they said comeback to put the back on and we went back and got charged again for the backing of the earring after I called and they were rude and closed the phone on me for asking a normal question , found it very rude and unprofessional for spazzing on phone and hanging up , basically childish don’t recommend and scamming for backing of earring when we bought the earrings and they charge a... read more
My daughter had already had two failed piercing attempts from popular mall stores, so we approached this with some level of trepidation. Gina and all of the staff made us feel incredibly comfortable, and maintained the perfect balance of professional, supportive and personal throughout. The entire process went exceptionally smoothly, and my daughter can finally wear earrings. We're thrilled!
