I’ve been coming to Gold Hollow for several years and have always really liked the service. The studio is clean, fun and professional, and the artists have always done a great job. That’s why I’ve continued to come back. Unfortunately, this most recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I had some piercings done and also had my septum jewelry changed. This was the most bizarre and disrespectful customer experience I've ever witnessed. We unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late for a 90 minute appointment (for my wife and elderly mother-in-law) (it was also icy that day so we were walking carefully from parking around the block), and were instantly met with a patronizing tone and passive aggressive hostility from the owner, Gina. I went with my Earrings for my second piercing and then they told me you have to buy earrings so we did we spent $280 dollars on the earrings and then they told me I had to come back to give me the backing and so I did . Then i had to pay $50 For the backing . We called after and asked why we had to pay another $50 they started getting mad and saying That we were yelling over the phone when we were asking politely. And then we were saying sorry for nothing and they hung up the phone on us .
