I would never go back here again. First, they did an inspection before I picked it up to travel across country and I was told everything was good. When I went to pick it up my engine battery was dead but was told they had no issues when brining it out of storage. It died again in the parking lot before I could even leave and had to be replaced. We were able to take our new trailer out last week. Thank you Heather @Pierce RV for all your help. We appreciated how you listened to what we wanted and found us several examples.
Heather was very knowledgeable and professional, she was a joy to work with. She was very low pressure, and a honest salesperson. We enjoyed working with her.
RV dealer service dept get bad raps but I will say Pierce RV service dept is really the best I've ever worked with. They had my rv ready when promised and everything was done with care.
