Although we purchased the camper from a different dealership, Pierce RV has been very helpful. Justin in parts has been solid on parts and accessories.

Stopped in on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to get our assumed bad battery tested for our slide-in truck camper. They used the wrong equipment, a voltage meter, to test the battery, and told me it was fine, claiming the issue was somewhere else in our system. I expressed the specific symptoms we were experiencing, hoping for some insight, but it seemed like the team lacked the knowledge to understand the problem fully.
