The guy at the parts counter was not very friendly. Disappointing when you pay as much as you do for parts. Everyone else seemed friendly.
Huge thank you to Leonard at Pierce RV Service Department in Billings, Montana!! I was traveling through Montana in my new camper van when I had trouble turning on the 120 V appliances and power. I drove to Pierce RV Supercenter in Billings, Montana and walked in to the Service Desk. Leonard generously took the time to troubleshoot the issue and explain how to use the Xantrek inverter to turn on the 120 power when I was not connected to shore power and how to conserve the battery when the 120 power was not needed. I recently purchased a Sunray 149 from Pierce RV. I can’t say enough nice things about the facility and its employees. Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with and this was probably the most seamless/smooth purchase of a vehicle that I have ever made. Although I don’t live in Montana, if I were to purchase another recreational vehicle, I would highly consider traveling up to Montana just to purchase another vehicle from Pierce.
We came down from Alaska and discovered our AC wasn’t working, with a dog in the coach was concerning since we couldn’t cool the rv down when we weren’t in it. Everywhere we called was booked out 2-3 weeks putting us in a tough spot potentially getting stuck somewhere when we were on a time crunch to get to Alabama. Brandon and the the guys in service/parts/techs slipped us in to the schedule and had us back on the road within 24 hours! Amazing staff and everything works great now!
