I had a tech come out to assess an issue. He was professional and helpful. I then called the office to schedule the maintenance the tech recommended and confirmed they'd come back in a month to do 3 things. A different person comes out as scheduled, smelling like booze, and prepared to do none of the work. He proceeded to do the same evaluation the first tech did and tell me I needed to schedule the other things ahead. I told him that's what I had scheduled for that day.
