PPM is a very efficient company. They make sure lease candidates are properly vetted. They follow up problems on a timely basis.

We filed a move-in condition report noting the many problems with our expense rental ($2,200 per month). The ongoing issue and remains unresolved 14+ months later was yard cleanup. We followed up numerous times between April and July. They only responded once we expressed a concern with a fire hazard due to years of pine needle accumulation in the gutters. The current property manager has responded to you concerns and has indicated when renting a single family home, yard work is normally the responsibility of the tenant and this is in the lease agreement. . Living in the pines does produce quite a bit of pine needles. I am an a out-of-state owner. I use several property managers throughout the southwest. Pierce Property Management is by far the best there is. I have been associate with them for the past 15 years. They constantly go above and beyond what is required of them. I have never dealt with a more professional staff than at PPM! I find myself thanking them on a daily basics' for they job they perform.

We've had an absolutely positive and wonderful experience with Pierce Property Management, our management company for almost ten years. They not only represent the landlord well, but they also look out for the needs of the tenants. Every manager we worked with was pleasant and took care of business. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
They took the majority of our security deposit when we moved out of the home we rented at **** ******** ****, Chino Valley, AZ. They even charged us a carpet cleaning fee after telling us they were replacing the carpet and not to worry about it. No repairs done to the house we rented for over three years. I feel sorry for the homeowner of the house we rented. Shame on you Pierce Property Management.
First of all, I would like to explain to you some difficulties with Pierce Property. The 2-1/2 years before they took over for property management we only ever had one issue with RAM enterprises, our former property manager. That was when I once forgot rent. And we took care of the issue and moved on. Within the first month we had issues with Pierce Property management. With RAM we had a 5 day grace period for paying rent. We obtain copies of leases and other information through the prior management company or through the realtors involved in the sale.
