I had issues with my plumbing in my house that needed to be fixed ASAP, and I figured since these guys did great work at my job, they'd be the go-to people to call. I was wrong. Maybe they're good if you DON'T have an emergency, but if you do....look elsewhere. I called to see when a plumber could come out, because I have biological functions and it's pretty inconvienent to have to run to your neighbor's house to use their facilities. You call and they never come out or if they do, they say they are coming back and never do, so don't waste your time with them!
Wanted to try a more local place for help and because I wanted some more work done very soon by installing some things but lesson learned and I won’t be re-booking with them. They do not have a diagnostic fee or anything they charge per hour I’m guessing from the time they start driving. $250 for honestly nothing technical. Our water heater loss power but turns out it just needed a hard reset - turned off at the breaker box for 10 mins and turn back on and it’s working now.
