Dr. Paige Pierce: Excellent – Dr. Pierce is one of the finest vets that I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my cats to. She has such an extraordinary way with both the pets and the people. Outstanding vet! – Dr. Pierce is a wonderful, caring vet! She is really smart and takes plenty of time with her patients. She is good at setting the animals at ease and communicates well with their humans. We completely trust her advice. She has had to make a house call to help put our elderly dog to sleep and could not have been more gentle, kind and considerate of our feelings.
wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else – I've taken my dogs to Pacific Vet for 14 years and would not take them anywhere else. The staff and Drs. are caring, loving and very helpful. Dr. Pierce in particular is very good. She talks to the animals in a soothing voice and takes as much time as needed to make sure animals and "parents" are comfortable and all questions and concerns are answered. Awesome Veterinarian – I don't care what the former employee sez, Paige Pierce is the best. I have been going to Pacific Vet for 20 years, and my only complaint, which is small, is the time I only had my AMEX Card, which they don't take, and the young woman ( might the one in the previous review) wouldn't let me take my dog home or get her meds til I came back with payment they would accept. Excellent Vet – I've taken my standard poodle, two ferrets and currently my two miniature schnauzers to Pac Vet and in particular Dr. Pierce. She's an excellent vet! She spends as much time as needed to give proper care to my pets and answer any questions I may have regarding their care. I'm moving to Mexico soon and Dr. Piece has spent a large potion of time putting together a 1st aid kit in anticipation of any problems the dogs might have. I appreciate her effort very much. I can't say enought good things about her.
Excellent treatment – I disagree with the "former employee" who criticized the care at this office. I've always had a great experience taking both of my dogs here. In fact, it wasn't until we went to PVH that my lab's knee problems were FINALLY correctly diagnosed. We got a referral to a wonderful veterinary surgeon, and my dog can now walk again, free of pain. If this veterinary office is "low quality," I can certainly point to many which are far, far worse. I recommend this place.
the only semi-competent doctor at PVH – Dr. Pierce is the best veterinarian Pacific Veterinary Hospital has to offer, but that isn't saying much. As a former employee, I saw firsthand countless shortcuts and mistakes made by the staff at PVH. Many pets were not treated with the utmost of care, and many clients were dealt with quite rudely. Great vet!! – We've used Dr. Pierce for a few years now. She's great with our two bassets and our golden. The crew at Pacific is wonderful. I highly recommend them.
