Roi has been awesome in working with me in getting what I wanted. Someone had taken the other match to a pair that I wanted so he said he would check at his other location and get back to me. Upon purchasing four new pieces, I was told that ALL of their pieces were Nickel-free, etc. I made sure that they knew I had a severe allergy to these metals. They said not to worry. This morning I awoke to a bright red and swollen face. This was definitely not the case. I'm disappointed because there is no number to call and I was from out of town. All I want is my money back. It has put me in a lot of pain and now I will have to pay, out of pocket to treat my reaction. Someone needs to fix this ASAP!
