Closing funds were sent to the wrong location and account. I only found out after researching it myself, as it was not discovered by their closing agent. I had to pay another month's mortgage payment, due to their oversight. When I inquired about the discrepancy in funds, I was told that I needed to "figure it out." If you are looking for a detail orientated company to handle your closing, please look elsewhere!
Allison Nelson and her team were great to work with! They were steadfast in their commitment to provide excellent service. Appreciate all that they represent and their great communication!!!!
