HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this insurance group after being a customer for 6 years and ZERO claims. Reporting them to the state. Steer clear of this business. They could not have been any more rude and unwilling to help, etc. Even went to their office to discuss in person and their office was locked during business hours with a person sitting there looking at me eating. Very disappointed in this Pierce Insurance of Mckinney.
