Been going here since 1996 and I drive all the way from Enola
I read all the 5 star review so I made an appointment in December 2022. Exam seemed good but then I ordered glasses and never received an acceptable pair. First rx was incorrect then the lens kept coming in fractured. Then the optician scratched the frame inserting the lens and tried to get me to take the glasses. At that point I asked for a refund and Dr Pierce refused. What can I do? I’m out over $325.00 cash and I used my vision benefits. The staff seem to be gaslighting me.
