This company is not willing to work with their past customers. *Do NOT use this company. I had my fence installed about 8 months ago and the back end of my fence is off the property line. According to my contract I’m financially responsible to get the fence moved. It’s ridiculous but I signed the contract! The worst part is they will not move my fence for 5-6 weeks even after I told them my fence would be ripped up on that side within 2 weeks because of the property next door. I bought a home in June 2017 and had a fence installed (split rail with inner wire fencing) in September. As this was my first experience buying a fence I didn’t think to consider that it would not work to keep my dog in.... Within a few months my hound mix dog was pulling the inside wire with her teeth and sliding underneath. I did contact Pierce and was told they had never heard of dogs escaping this way but they could send someone to put stakes around my fence for an extra $500 (my fence was slightly over $8k). RecommendedI had a fence installed this past winter. They did a fantastic job. The workers were very friendly and got the job done efficiently in a quick timeframe. This was great so i didn’t have to let my dog outside in the middle of the winter. The price was much more affordable than other local places. I’d definitely recommend them.
Not happy with quality of work or willingness to fix what wasn’t done correctly.
