Delivered Quality work. But if you have a schedule to hold they don’t care. Showed up 45mins late after I told them if they couldn’t fulfill the time slot to cancel the appointment. They said they could and still showed up 45 minutes late.
Mr. Kevin is the BOOM 💥 💥 💥 💥 I had an appointment for Wednesday the 20th he came on Friday the 15th and correct my problem with my Tesla charger in 17 minutes GREAT JOB 💪💪💪💪👏👏👏 he needs a raise 😃😃😃 thank you for all your help.
I will use these folks again. A Family run businesses for almost 5 decades. From the initial inquiry to completion - A great job explaining and installing our EV charger. Kevin, the electrician, was super friendly, professional and answered all my questions completely and freely. A fantastic attitude that started with the initial phone call with Laura at intake. It was a pleasure working with Pierce Electric. They quoted, executed and left a most favorable impression.
Pierce Electric Inc. was amazing to work with during our emergency repair. Laura and Kevin were extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and honest throughout the process. Their response time was excellent, and the repair cost was very reasonable. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend them, especially as a family-owned business that clearly cares about its customers.
Pierce electric were very patient with us & all of our questions prior to booking which I appreciate. All of their knowledge really help make the decision & made us feel comfortable with going with them to help us with the light fixture we needed to switch out. Kevin whom came to complete the work also put me at ease with the additional questions I had & completed the job in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Pierce electric & we will definitely use them again in the future.
