Trying to get a Death Certificate for my mother, if you don't manage to click the right button, you'll get an "Informational Only" Death Certificate. The Legal Purpose Death Certificate is the same price, same amount of effort. The only reason to have an "Informational Only" certificate is...to screw over people who don't click a certain button.
