Processing so slow and they’re not listening to the problems

Been on the wait-list for 5 years I finally got selected for the lottery. I have been keeping in constant contact through the portal like I've been told to. I've been uploading every single document I can for them. And they removed me from the list because they said I didn't upload documents that I DID! I can't get a hold of a person and when I do they don't have a clue how to help me. I am heartbroken over this. I will change my review if they help me.
The Agents are terrible at returning phone calls and replying to emails and hell they can't even inform you once you get a new agent. And once your married they only give you 6 months of housing left. When if in Seattle they give you 6 years lol i don't understand why they can't be the same.. .
