They don’t discriminate, or judge you .. they are very nice they help you on things that you can’t understand ., and they remind you of what needs to get done.. the staff are amazing there ..

These people are so fing lazy. They never answer messages, emails or phone calls. I’ve left several of all three and no response. The older office lady is so rude and mean and couldn’t care less if you have a place to live. Her favorite saying is, “We have a lot of people we serve” and excuses flakiness. I understand they are busy, but I’ve been trying desperately to get a hold of my worker for weeks and nothing. I had to drive to puyallup at one point for some kind of assistance.
