I have nothing but good things to say about Adrienne and the entire team at Pierce Boston! Not only is the facilities gorgeous but the staff from Lisbeth and Adrienne, the concierge team along with the maintenance and facilities team are top notch. They take the time to get to know the residents and understand their needs, they are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of.
I loved staying with Sonder at Pierce. The apartments are really nice, with new appliances and confortable furniture. I would recommend it to anyone looking for cozy apartments in Boston.

not good. Please do not stay here. None of the appliances work. Microwave doesn’t work, stovetop exhaust doesn’t work, in unit laundry bad quality and old. Just not worth it all. Edit: no it is not Sonder. I Leased an apartment here and not a single appliance worked. The washing machine buttons are broken, the exhaust fan doesn’t work so cooking is a pain, the floor is peeling.
