Nick Cornett was our salesman and was very professional and worked us an amazing deal! thank you Nick!! we were told that they would contact us Saturday morning for a delivery time. The delivery truck showed up on time, and the guys were very professional. cleaned up there mess and made sure our needs were met before departure! I highly recommend Pieratts of richmond! Great job Guys!!
When there to purchase a high end TV. Another store had it at a lower price. They asked for proof and a printed copy was given. The store manager came over and asked where we got that price. We showed him. He stated that someone else at the corporate office would not approve that price and tell us to go get it there since it was below their cost. We left the store and purchased the TV T Bestbuy since they would match the Costco price. I guess you cannot buy local or believe a guaranteed.
We have always done business with RICHMOND Pieratt’s. We needed a refrigerator pretty quick and for whatever reason I went Lowe’s. Never again... I’ll leave that right there. Thank you John Settles for your outstanding service every time we come there. We will be back for all our needs. Chuck and Karen Angle.
