Thought this was a great apartment when I moved in in May 2025. It was a great location, decent price, and spacious apartment. BUT NO. I now wouldn't even pay $1 a month to live here. There has been nothing but issues since even before moving in. A few weeks before our move in date, there was a fire on the first floor. Then a few months into moving we noticed that the elevators are always stuck. Half the time no heat, and then a huge power issue. Went there as a visitor. Loved the location. It's close from Hamilton in fact very close from the Go Station West Harbour which is walking distance. Meanwhile there's Lakeview, kinda like Harbour front. The review of the renter was quite positive. If I move to Hamilton, I might consider this one as an option for sure. Oh forgot to mention, there's a skating place and park next to this apartment complex which is another plus.
DONT MOVE IN STAFF ARE USELESS You can’t get into the building because they are always changing the buzzer system without telling anyone Edit 2: 3rd time this year they are painting no notice and the painters they hire don’t paint properly no painters tape they just paint over EVERYTHING, our doorbell got painted over and they painted over the peephole so we can’t see out it They people they hire I doubt they are qualified, cleaning lady won’t clean the stairwell so it’s just beer cans roaches and used fireworks EDIT: they f... read more
There is nothing wonderful about inter rent or anything here . My first review was when I leased the apartment and now I am coming here to change it . If you value your peace of mind , time and health . Stay away from this property management company , this building and every other building they own . I won’t say more than that.
