If you are a student thinking about renting thought Pier, DON’T. They are not responsive at all. They will send an in-house handyman to you place to try a cheap fix. I understand the home owner needs to sign-off but the process tales way too long. I was living without heat in the middle of January for 10 days. They will blame you for any issues that were happening before you moved in. Good pricing in their rentals but not worth all of the headaches.
Extremely helpful and responsive, my second apartment rented through them was very nice.
