We applied to rent a house at Pierpointe HOA 4, and our experience was too bad not to rate them. We submitted all the required paperwork, including 6 months worth of bank statements, paystubs, and all personal information and a $200 nonrefundable fee around the 20th of September. They got the results from the background check on October 3rd, and said it could take them up to 30 days from that day for a decision, but usually didn't take them that long, because the board commitee (made of volunteers) meets the second Wednesday... read more
