I pay HOA fees to get fined for every little thing like leaving ur garage door open for more than 10 min before some noisy person starts taking photos and turning them in the the office. They have no clue of how long the garage was open for, but want to fine you!!! Make that make sense!!! They take all this money and do nothing around here. This place should look a whole lot lot better. This photo is just one of many areas of grass and that is not even one problem of many. I can go on . Im very disappointed in this company.
No one answers phones. Someone named Andrew stole my package and nobody is available to talk about it. It's ridiculous. Go through a private landlord if you move here.
I was visiting family that lives in Pier Point and when I came back to my car, property management left trash that was not mine all over my car and an aggressive note taped to my window blaming me for leaving trash. Maybe next time, don't just assume and harass a visitor and their property. Absolutely abysmal and childish of property management to act in this way.
the HOA board members are stealing money, the HOA management is so beyond useless and incompetent it’s unbelievable. They care about themselves and making a profit rather than the actual homeowners and the property. Consistently raising the monthly and yearly HOA for all these services that are NEVER actually maintained or even done.
Awful place to live. The basement parking garage is nice, but constantly gets broken into and cars broken into and stolen. Hardwood floor on top floor and constant complaints from neighbors underneath. Hoa fines for no reason. Barely any young folk. Everyone I have met has moved out or plans to. Good luck.
