Per your request, here is the reason for the poor review: I called to inquire about a boat listed for sail at the Fort Myers office. Turns out it was sold long ago. Later at Burnt Store Marina, I noticed another listing posted and called for more details. I spoke with Nick Hays, who informed me that this vessel had also sold long ago. On both calls the salesman sounded irritated, as if it were my fault that the listings were outdated.
