If I could give zero stars I would the customer service is absolutely awful!! The front desk lady that works in the am from 7-3pm is so incredibly rude we called the hotel around 3 am and spoke to another lady who was sweet and she said she fixed our reservation then we called the next day to check on the reservation to find out it was never fixed , then the lady from 7-3pm basically called us a liar and said she was there and she never said that until we corrected her and told her we called at 3 am not 7 am then proceeded t... read more
I stayed here with a few friends for my 30th birthday! It was a wonderful time! The room had a nice view of the harbor. There was so much to do within walking distance, which was nice because we didn't have a car. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is spending a few days in Clearwater!
Awesome spot great prices breakfast is always good here room service always does a great job staff super friendly 3rd time staying here always recommend this place super close to the beach like 600ft from it awesome views from their roof top bar
