The new management and maintenance is amazing, they take care of the issue promptly and accurately.

This place is poorly kept.
I have been here 18 months and so far it's been a mostly decent experience. The management has been quick to respond to all my maintenance requests. It's an older building so I've had a few things that needed fixing and they came the very next day. Devina is very friendly and helpful. The unit itself may be old but it is pretty cute. I have a studio with a loft and its a great space for one person and has a fireplace and skylight (top floor). I worked for this Company and would have to say the management is Very Helpful and will Go above and beyond to Help there tenants. Maintenance is Very Knowledgeable and Quick getting repairs Done. If you're Looking For a Place to Live stop And talk to Devina in The office and She will Get you Taken Care of.
